I offer personal cycling coaching, training and education to absolute beginner, novice and intermediate cyclists, tailoring the content, frequency and type of training to our students’ needs, goals and expectations.
I have been teaching cycling both indoors and on the road since 2006, working with students aged 8 years old to 70+ years young.
