“In the fall of 2017 I started working with Coach Vito. The first thing we did was discuss my goals and that I had asthma. He had me change my cycling style to counteract some of the side effects of the Asthma medication I was taking and helped me set some reasonable goals.
Once I started training he motivated me to put in more effort and to stick with my schedule. After a few months I noticed small gains.
I continued working with Coach Vito throughout the winter; by the time Spring arrived I discovered not only was I in the best shape of my life, but the discipline and positive mental approach I learned allowed me to crush the hills.”
