  • We meet for breakfast each morning to discuss the days' objectives, what to expect on the days' ride and how it applies to the GFNY NYCcourse
  • During the ride we stop for lunch or a snack, depending on the length of the ride
  • Our DeRosa I Gavia team car will provide rolling support; the car will be stocked with cycling essentials - tubes, spare wheels, water, electrolytes
  • We wind down the camp with a family style dinner at Bar Italia Madison on Thursday evening

We suggested you stay at one of the GFNY recommended Hotels, the most convenient of which is the Double Tree Hilton in Fort Lee.  We will arrange to pick you up each morning prior to breakfast from this hotel.  Information on GFNY recommended Hotels can be found HERE.
